THE REHABILITATION OF DEVASTATED WOODLANDS

The paper discusses in detail the methods being employed to restore productivity quickly and economically to 1,200 acres of privately owned woodlands, mostly hardwoods, from which all timber 12 inches quarter girth and over had been removed during the war.
